Altitude: 150 mt above sea level.

Grape variety: 100% Negroamaro.

Vinification: Short period of maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature with selected yeasts.

Tasting notes: Soft pink color, harmonic, clear and fruity.

Best served with: Excellent with fish, seafood and white meats.

Serving tips: To be served at 10°-12°C.

Alcohol: 13% vol.
