Grape variety: 100% Red Puglia.

Vinification: Fermentation with long maceration at controlled temperature with selected yeasts.

Tasting notes: Red with purple hues, with notes of red fruits (cherry and blackberries).

Best served with: Red meats, aged cheeses.

Serving tips: To be served at 16°-18°C.

Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
